Great location! It's perfect for those who want to be near all the major bars, clubs, and underground rail. Plus, the venue itself is a nice place to meet and mingle with other travelers. Another bonus is the rooftop jacuzzi, where you can relax and enjoy the view.

There were a few issues that could be improved. the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel need to be addressed.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is surrounded by plenty of bars and clubs, perfect for a night out. The nearby subway station makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast is nutritious and tasty, and the gym and wellness area are great amenities to have.

One downside is that some staff members can come across as unfriendly or uninterested, making for a less welcoming atmosphere.

I had the best experience here, everything was good, the location was UNBEATABLE close enough to Bares and Restaurants, clubs and KADEWE. Breakfast was extensive and there was variety of food to choose from. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Schoneberg district.

I had a lovely stay at Axel Hotel. The staff were friendly and multilingual, making communication a breeze. The location was perfect, just minutes away from Wittenbergplatz and well-connected to public transportation. The room was comfortable, and the bed was so cozy that it was hard to get up in the morning. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the hot Jacuzzi in the snowfall. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing both cool and warm air. a great experience.

As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent hospitality provided by the manager, Vincenzo. He personally cleaned my dusty room and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had the best stay in a hotel in Berlin. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and in a great neighborhood. There were some amazing shops nearby to explore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving me great advice on where to visit. The hotel even had a fitness center with a well-equipped sauna that was open until 1 am. it was a fantastic experience.

There was a lingering chemical smell in the room and corridors, which was a bit unpleasant.

The location was perfect as it was situated in a very good area of the city center, but at the same time the surroundings were calm and peaceful. We were also impressed with the range of top-notch services provided at this place, such as room service, tours/ticket assistance, and bicycle hire. More importantly, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the fact that we got a personalized welcome drink upon arrival.

The interior design of the hotel, with its black and mirrored accents, was interesting and unique. The highlight for us was the SPA center on the top floor, where we could relax after a long day of walking. And the open-air jacuzzi on the rooftop provided a truly unforgettable experience. The heating in the rooms was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy. Additionally, the wifi at the hotel was reliable and strong.

I arrived late at night and was actually surprised to be given a late check-out until 1 pm the next day. Despite hanging a do not disturb sign, the maid knocked a few times and entered the room. the hotel team was understanding and responsive when I mentioned it. I'll recommend this hotel.
